Concrete embedded parts are metal components that are essentially
embedded foundational elements such as concrete, floors, piers,
etc.
Precast concrete is considered the best way to connect concrete to
a steel frame
The panels are prefabricated steel with lugs welded on them and
cast in concrete. Lugs attached to the concrete rebar hold the
inserts in place. Exposed panels form surface connections and
provide attachment points for in-place support members or add
sliding panel elements to allow movement along the surface of the
embedded panels
Welding and press forming are produced in our factory. They may be
suitable for both lightweight concrete and heavy-duty concrete
structures. They will only be made of suitable metals that meet
technical and standard requirements. All design specifications are
strictly adhered to, welding methods are fully compliant with
design standards, corrosion protection is provided, and embedded
